About Rainbow Readers

Thanks for stopping by on the Rainbow Reader’s blog.

We are a small, but perfectly formed, group of book loving folk who just happen to be be lesbain, gay, bi or transgendered. Of course friends are welcome too.

Lancaster has surprisingly few gay friendly services or facilities so hopefully the Raindow Reader’s will help to fill the gap. We meet on the second Sunday every month and will try to not only discuss a wide range of books frorm all genres, not just those with a gay theme.

We hope we will be ableot use the meetings as a general social event where people can make new friends and share common interests.
